Arté Paris is a point and click RPG with minigames teaching about the Realism and Impressionism art movements.

I worked on the following:
- Narrative Designer
- Researched Emile Zola.
- Created overall plot structure and story beats.
- Created character sheet documentation for the main character and Emile Zola.

the version of the lockpicking UI that I improved, adding the “check” button to encourage the player to answer the combination correctly and prevent brute forcing
- Underground Bridge – Rework
- Modified the game’s context from standalone to have the underground act as a “fast travel” between the over world.
- Redesigned main mechanics so the player turns floor panels with artworks
- Artworks had been tied to certain floor panel designs, which left room for user error where players could choose the correct painting, but not construct their bridge properly. My modification remedied this.

- Final Minigame – Initial Ideation and Concept that is Currently In-game
- The player and competitive AI show images to a line of judges. Depending on multiple factors–the image’s contend, order in which they are displayed, and audience reaction–affects if the player has more artworks accepted into the Salon than other competitors.
